In her role as research manager, Jessica supports complex and comprehensive research projects tied to Maryland’s economy. She serves as the lead on methodology development, research design, and analysis on client projects and as the primary author of client communications, deliverables, and reports.
Jessica also assists in the daily management of the RESI team, supervising economists, senior research associates, research assistants, and student interns.
Previously, Jessica worked as a senior research associate. Since beginning in 2009, she has provided data analysis, report writing, and economic impact analysis on projects like the economic and fiscal impacts of the Baltimore City Marathon on Baltimore City; the ever-growing Maryland Arts and Entertainment Districts (A&E districts) on the state; and the Film Production Tax Credit in Maryland as requested by the Maryland Film Industry Coalition (MFIC).
Jessica holds an M.S. in applied and industrial mathematics from Towson University and a B.S. in applied mathematics from Villa Julie College.
Outside of RESI, Jessica is an avid runner and yoga practitioner.
