In response to COVID-19, Towson University is open with limited services. Staff in the Auxiliary Services Business Office staff are providing services remotely 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday. In-person assistance is available by appointment for replacing OneCards and retrieving reimbursement checks. New students, faculty and staff who need to obtain their first OneCard, please complete the OneCard Application and Photo Upload process through the OneCard and meal plan management website. OneCards will be distributed when campus opens for normal operations. Please direct any questions about the process to onecard AT_TOWSON or use the chat feature located at the bottom of the page.
