Ken serves as the primary in-person point of contact for the Towson University StarTUp, where he maintains program information and handles inquiries. Additionally, he provides communications/research assistance to member companies, fosters relationships with student entrepreneurs, and supports events and programs, such as the StarTUp Accelerator. Ken also manages ATHENAPowerLink® Baltimore, a women entrepreneur initiative that provides guidance, support, and advice from business experts.

Previously, Ken worked at 2U Inc. Most recently he served as a student success advisor, providing on-boarding support for students to complete their Online MPH from George Washington University. He also served as an office manager, managing internal events and digital content creation.


Ken hold a B. S. in electronic film and media from Towson University and an M. S. in communication from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.


Ken was born and raised in the Philippines and lived there until he was 13 years old. He has also lived in Bahrain and Mexico City. Ken is the creator of the YouTube Channel Baltimore Bite.
