What is the best way to apply?

Request an online application from our website. Classes begin each January, with applications due in late November. Early application is encouraged.

What is the selection process like?

The application process is competitive. To maximize engagement and participation, enrollment is limited. In selecting participants, emphasis will be placed on creating a diverse class in terms of professional sectors, years of experience, positions, and background.

Will participants receive a certificate?

Towson University will award each program participant with a certificate upon successful completion of the program.

What is the fee?

The fee for the program is $3,900 and is calculated as 64 contact hours x $61 cost per contact hour. The fee covers tuition, program materials, breakfast, lunch, and networking events throughout the year including networking events after the cohort has graduated. In addition, the fee includes a golf day at Caves Valley Golf Course.

Are scholarships available?

Full or partial scholarships are available to a small number of participants, with emphasis on those representing the non-profit sector. All scholarship requests must be received by the application deadline. Please contact our program manager for information on how to apply for a scholarship.
