We offer training and monitoring to minimize campus health and safety risks.
Our goal is to keep the campus environment safe for the health of its inhabitants and compliant with federal, state and local standards. We have dedicated programs geared toward maintaining biological and radiation safety, proper storm water management, fire safety and securing chemical hazards. We also work to minimize the risk of individuals working on campus through employee safety programs, which include fire, asbestos and other emergency risks, and occupational safety programs including hearing conservation, ladder safety and accident investigations. When occupational incidents occur, we help with insurance processing.
We offer CPR training to the campus community as part of our CPR/AED program. In addition, anyone on campus can use our more than 30 life-saving automatic external defibrillators (AEDs) in emergency situations. No training is required to use an AED to save someone experiencing cardiac arrest.
