Pure Mathematics Concentration

Pure mathematics is the study of mathematical concepts independent of their application in the physical world.

Why Study Pure Mathematics? 

Students pursuing pure mathematics are well prepared for positions as researchers and analysts in the public and private sectors. Others continue their studies in graduate school.
