Towson University President Mark Ginsberg was initiated into the TU Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa this March. The society recognizes collaboration and leadership among students, faculty, staff and alumni. Since restarting the circle in spring 2024, this ceremony marked the third-annual initiation.

Vernon Hurte, senior vice president for student affairs and university life and Omicron Delta Kappa initiate from 2025, discussed the importance of ODK’s presence on campus and welcomed Ginsberg during the ceremony.

“You've all officially joined a society built upon scholarship, service, integrity, inclusivity and collaboration,” Hurte said. “This is a particularly historic night for our circle, as we welcome a new cohort of exceptional students alongside our very own president, Dr. Mark R. Ginsberg.”
