A message from President Ginsberg: Administrative Leadership Update
Boyd Bradshaw, Ed.D, Vice President of Enrollment Management, Boyd will depart TU effective August 28, 2026
Dear TU faculty & staff colleagues,
After more than four years of well-informed and inspiring leadership at TU, Vice President of Enrollment Management Boyd Bradshaw, Ed.D., has shared that he will be departing TU effective August 28, 2026. He Will be joining Best Practice Solutions, a national leader in enrollment strategy support, as a principal.
Boyd has served with distinction as TU’s inaugural VP for enrollment management. Prior to joining TU in April 2022, he served in a similar leadership role at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).
At TU, he led the development of a strategic enrollment management plan, helping to course-correct a COVID-created dip in enrollment, leading to record classes and admissions applications while at the same time helping to improve the retention and completion rate for TU students.
His divisional leadership at TU has included key functional units — University Admissions, the Academic Advising, Retention & Completion (AARC) Office, the Financial Aid Office, the Tutoring & Learning Center (TLC), the Writing Center, and the Registrar’s Office.
Although Boyd will be returning to his roots in the Midwest, he will always remain a valued member of our university community, where he became an integral part. I have valued his leadership, counsel and friendship. I know that we all will look forward to welcoming him back to campus and that he will forever be a fan of the Tigers.
We will immediately begin a national search for TU’s next VP for Enrollment Management. In the meantime, the Enrollment Management leadership team will report to Provost Melanie Perreault who will oversee the division on an interim basis.
Please join us in thanking Boyd for his outstanding service and many important contributions to TU and especially our students.
Sincerely,
Mark R. Ginsberg, Ph.D.
President
