End Vehicle Relationship Request

Permit holders may not request to end a vehicle relationship on another person’s account.  The individual who currently has the license plate registered on their parking account must make the request to end the relationship.

Updates are not immediate.

Complete this form to request to end the link between a license plate and your account.  If your request is approved, your responsibility for that license plate will be ended on the date requested. Allow up to five business days for processing.

Use of this form must meet one of the following criteria: 

  • Another family member who is actively associated with Towson University requests and accepts responsibility for the vehicle with that license plate. The individual requesting responsibility for the vehicle must submit an Add Vehicle Form.
  • License plates are registered to a rental company or an individual who is not associated with Towson University.
  • License plates have been reported lost or stolen through the police or MVA – documentation may be required.

I attest that the information provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand I am not permitted to register another student, faculty, or staff member's vehicle on my account. I understand that if approval is given to end relation of vehicle, I am responsible for any violations or sanctions related to the vehicle for the duration of time vehicle is linked to my account. Submission of this application does not guarantee that I will not receive a parking citation. I agree to abide by the parking regulations of Towson University.
