Committee Charge and Work Plan

The ART Document Review Committee is charged with:

  • Reviewing, in detail, the procedures governing the faculty personnel actions related to promotion, the granting of tenure and permanent status within the current ART Policy document.
  • Offering recommended revisions to the aforementioned procedures using feedback gathered from the Spring 2015 PTRM Workshop and past leadership programs, as well as other feedback solicited by the committee from other relevant sources.
  • Providing opportunity for feedback from shared governance bodies on draft recommended revisions prior to final submission of a final document to the Provost by February 3, 2017.

A list of themes related to portions of the ART document needing review, elimination, or clarification can be found in the ART Document Review Committee Work Plan, which includes faculty feedback from last year's Spring PTRM Workshop and faculty leadership programs.
