Special Accommodation/Accessible Housing

If you are a student with a documented disability or have a medical condition that may require a special accommodation, we will work to provide you with an appropriate housing assignment. When paying your deposit online, be sure to indicate you have a special accommodation and print off the form provided. Please Note: Single rooms are limited and may not be available. Mail the completed form, along with appropriate documentation, to Housing & Residence Life by May 1. Please contact Housing & Residence Life with any questions you may have. University Housing Smoking Policy

Smoke-Free Campus - Smoking is prohibited on all property owned, leased or operated by Towson University. This consists of all buildings, including residence halls, Bateman's, and the Marriott; all grounds, including exterior open spaces, parking lots and garages, on-campus sidewalks, streets, driveways, stadiums, recreational spaces and practice facilities; and in all University-owned or leased vehicles. Smoking is defined as the burning or vaporizing of tobacco, nicotine, or any other material in any type of smoking equipment, including but not restricted to cigarettes cigars pipes, or electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes).
