OTS Training has several video series depending on your learning need: Computer Therapy, Five Questions With, How to Videos and Software Sessions. Each series is explained below.

There is so much technology offered here at Towson University it is hard to keep up with it all. This quick video series answers those burning technology questions you may have in under three minutes and presents them in the TU Today daily newsletter. Topics include: how to set up an email signature and how to view files from home. You are encouraged to submit your questions through our special email address computertherapy AT_TOWSON.
This video series was developed to answer five questions about a newly launched product and/or popular technology topic on campus. This is a "just in time" interview series starring the subject matter expert. These are educational videos.
These videos address how to perform a particular computer task, and cover topics that are of importance to the University community or meet an immediate need. Examples include: phishing awareness, how to change your password and how to setup a printer.
Software session videos were designed to replace face-to-face workshop offerings. These videos are in-depth training tutorials and may be as much as 10 minutes long. Topics include managing your personal meeting room in Webex and creating a poll using Excel surveys.
These ultra-quick videos use words and pictures to explain how to perform a task in under a minute. Topics include: quick parts in Outlook and smart lookup in Word.
