Documenting the closing of Southside Academy

Southside Academy high school in Cherry Hill will close in June 2013. The aim of this project is to: 1) Provide the students, teachers, families, and community members in Cherry Hill an outlet for expressing their feelings about the school closure, (2) Provide a way to amplify the voices of Cherry Hill residents regarding the school policy change and to show other urban communities the impact of the school closure, and (3) Provide a tool for further organizing for the Cherry Hill Community Coalition.
