TU Serving Our Troops

Towson University's "TU Serving our Troops" group was founded by two students who were in a similar group in high school. With the idea of wanting to expand this group to college, the founders created the group and constitution and got the group approved by the Towson University SGA.
The mission of this group is to provide services to service members both domestic and abroad and their families and children. This group will do many projects. These include making bears for children, delivering meals to the VA hospital, and sending cards and care packages to our troops overseas. This group will work to recruit members who share a same passion for helping our Troops and will conduct bi-weekly meetings and monthly events to provide these products, both tangible and intangible to our troops.
