How We Can Help

Once we receive a request for a new web editor, you will receive an invitation for technical training. Technical training must be completed before content training. 

Once technical training is complete, you can sign up for web content training to learn more about:

  • intro to content strategy and writing for the web
  • walk-through of the Web Editor Resources
  • Q&A
  • hands-on workshop time  

We address questions relating to:

  • workflow or permissions changes
  • invitation to attend Modern Campus CMS training

We address questions relating to:

  • adding, deleting and moving a web page or site
  • requesting redirect URLs

We address questions relating to:

  • writing content that meets audience needs
  • creating accessible content
  • user experience
  • page layout and design guidance, including snippet strategy and working with built-in template components 
  • online forms

We offer research related to:

  • user testing
  • comparative/competitive analysis

We address questions relating to:

  • Google Analytics tracking, reports and dashboards 
  • assistance generating tracking links for use in emails, advertising, social media and print
  • optimizing content for search engines (also known as search engine optimization)

Localist Master Events Calendar

Email Greg Primrose, , to have your department’s events added to a TU webpage as a “feed” from the master events calendar.

Photography

  • Email Lauren Castellana, , to discuss requests for photographic services or for questions about the Photo and Media Library
  • Submit your photo cropping requests to Creative Services by filling out a Project Request form (log in using your TU NetID and password). If this is your first time using the form, please follow the instructions for Submitting a Project Request Form (PDF).
