Kim Fabian is chief experience officer at Elevatr, a consulting firm that helps non-profit and service-driven leaders reduce overwhelm, navigate change, and amplify impact. With a mindful approach to coaching, consulting, and educational programming, she empowers her clients to thrive through a focus on strategy, process, and well-being.

A leadership and communications expert whose career spans more than 30 years, Kim’s background provides a wealth of experiences that inform her work and perspectives—as a nonprofit executive, corporate professional, business owner, and board chair. Kim has been recognized for her ability to develop and implement strategic vision, drive positive change, and motivate teams through transparency and meaningful vision. She has led projects to fuel transformational growth, strengthen brand awareness, and develop excellence in programming that fosters experiential learning, peak performance, access to the arts, workforce development, and community health.

Kim has worked for and with many local and national organizations, including Johns Hopkins Medicine, Junior Achievement of Central Maryland, Genesis Healthcare, Clemson University, Greenville Center for Creative Arts, Together SC, Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, T. Rowe Price, AEGON, and the U.S. Army.

A published author and seasoned speaker, Kim has made more than 100 presentations to a variety of audiences and appeared on radio, TV, and print outlets across the country, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, First for Women, Selling Power, Fit, Baltimore Magazine, Baltimore Business Journal, Greenville Journal, and The Daily Record. Her work has also received several honors, including those from the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education, American Association of Medical Colleges, National Health Information Awards, Public Relations Society of America, Healthcare Advertising Awards, and United Way.

A proud graduate of Towson University, Kim received a B.S. in mass communication with a minor in speech communication. she also studied applied behavioral science at Johns Hopkins University and has taken advanced courses in leadership development at Georgetown University and Case Western University.

Kim currently serves as a vice president on the Towson University Foundation Board of Directors and is a past president of the Towson University Alumni Association Board of Directors.
