“Oftentimes things happen in our personal and professional lives, and we think it’s just us. Being in this space made me realize that it’s not just me. When you’re feeling or dealing with something, there is someone else that’s dealing with the same thing.”

“[The program] taught me that although we have different stories, that it should be celebrated. [The program] taught me that I am part of a really strong community that has my back when I sometimes don’t feel strong enough to have my own.”

“There were just so many little moments, little pieces of content, that really strike a chord with you in the moment. And you’re like, ‘Oh, I needed that right now.’ By the time I got to the end, I realized there were really important pieces that were uncovered for me.”
