Need a fresh perspective to create a more expansive leadership pipeline? Instead of looking outside, look in the middle.
The new frontier of leadership goes beyond personal development to the practical and sound application of leadership impact in the workplace. This is not your standard “off-the-shelf” leadership development program. Learn more about Next Level Leaders from program facilitator Adam Bradley.
During this interactive, project-based, professional leadership development journey,
mid-level leaders will explore their authentic leadership style, learn how to navigate
their role with impact, understand how to improve EQ and resilience, maintain professional
well-being, adjust through change and conflict with integrity, and coach and develop
talent through collective leadership.
Through peer collaboration and networking, leadership assessment and coaching, and
a human centered design process, Next Level leaders will be equipped and empowered
with the tools to become more influential leaders in the workplace, community and
beyond.
