Next Level Leaders isn’t your standard “off-the-shelf” leadership development program; it’s a results-oriented, eight-module leadership development experience.

During this interactive, project-based, professional leadership development journey, mid-level leaders will explore their authentic leadership style, learn how to navigate their role with impact, understand how to improve EQ and resilience, maintain professional well-being, adjust through change and conflict with integrity, and coach and develop talent through collective leadership.
Through peer collaboration and networking, leadership assessment and coaching, and a human-centered design process, participants will be equipped and empowered with the tools to become more influential leaders in the workplace, community and beyond.
