Sri Seshadri is a seasoned CEO Coach and Leadership Team Coach with over 25 years of experience helping organizations achieve sustainable growth and navigate transformational change. He works primarily with mid-market CEOs and senior leadership teams to accelerate growth, improve profitability and build enduring organizational capacity.

Sri brings a unique blend of strategic, operational and human-centered leadership expertise. His work focuses on building cohesive leadership teams, strengthening organizational culture and helping leaders lead with clarity, confidence and emotional intelligence — especially in complex and high-stakes environments.

Earlier in his career, Sri held senior leadership roles at GE, Capital One and CEB (now Gartner), where he managed budgets exceeding $600 million and advised C-suite executives on financial, operational and strategic decisions. His experience spans multiple industries, including technology, healthcare, professional services and corporate training, and includes work with organizations across five continents.

Sri has partnered with companies ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, supporting them through growth, scale and strategic inflection points. This breadth of experience allows him to offer pragmatic, insight-driven guidance — whether helping leaders navigate change, align strategy and execution or strengthen leadership effectiveness.

At the core of Sri’s coaching philosophy is a belief that lasting performance comes from both sound strategy and inner leadership capacity. His holistic approach helps leaders manage not only the tactical demands of their roles, but also the emotional and relational challenges of leadership — enabling resilience, clarity and sustained impact.

Sri holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, an MS in civil engineering from Ohio University, and a BE in civil engineering from Bangalore University. He is a certified leadership coach through Georgetown University and holds Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching certification.
