LeaderShift is an intensive, high-impact program designed for up to 25 senior leaders ready to refine their leadership edge while developing the next generation of leadership capabilities. Participation is limited to leaders who have previously completed Next Level Leaders, the Professional Program for Women & Allies or our Manager to Leader Workshop.
Through focused, immersive experiences, participants sharpen strategic thinking, elevate decision-making and strengthen their ability to lead transformation. The program is built to help seasoned leaders not only enhance their current effectiveness, but also cultivate a lasting leadership legacy — driving meaningful change and sustained growth across their organizations.
Topics covered include:
- Strengthening your communication skills and learning tools and frameworks to deliver timely, specific and meaningful feedback.
- Understanding the deeper identity and structural dynamics driving workplace friction and gaining practical strategies to build trust, reduce defensiveness and create alignment across generations.
- Gaining coaching skills and a mindset to help team members reflect on their current performance, identify their future goals and begin a path toward growth.
- Exploring how delegation is not just a practical necessity, but a powerful tool for leadership growth.
- Exploring real-time, complex workplace challenges and engaging in candid, solution-focused dialogue with peers.
- Strengthening skills to deliver timely, specific and meaningful feedback to enhance relationships and improve results.

About the program
Who is eligible to participate?
Leaders who have completed Next Level Leaders, the Professional Leadership Program for Women & Allies, or the Manager to Leader Workshop may apply.
What is the time commitment?
The program takes place over three months, April–June. Full group sessions take place every other Tuesday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to gain the most from the experience. Any absences should be submitted to the facilitator five or more days in advance of the session.
Participants must attend a minimum of four full group sessions in order to receive program completion and certification.
What is the cost?
$2,500 per participant
What are the application requirements and deadline?
This program only requires an enrollment form and prerequisites mentioned above. Payment and enrollment forms will be available late 2026–early 2027.
