The Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute was created with the mission of leadership for the public good. We believe that leadership is not a destination, but rather a life-long journey. The Institute develops ethical, competent leaders that uplift the region and beyond through cascading programming for leaders at all levels, across all industries.
The following workshops can be tailored to meet your organization’s needs and delivered at your location or hosted at Towson University. We recommend participation of roughly 25 leaders for each workshop. Each can be delivered as half-day modules or as full day programs.
We work with industry experts to develop customized programs to reach all levels of leaders, from emerging leaders to senior executives. Customized programs allow leaders to increase their capacity for leadership and influence, explore their authentic leadership style, and navigate their roles and organizations with resilience and integrity.
Customized programs include a mix of project-based learning, results-focused coaching, immersive full-day programs, small group sessions, and hands-on practical experiences.
