Happy Holidays, TU!
Towson University's campus is closed this week. Happy holidays, TU community!
December 24, 2018
'Twas the week after Commencement, and all across campus, not a creature was stirring, most definitely not a Krampus.
Towson University is closed for a winter nap, reopening on January 2. Students, staff and faculty get a break to welcome in the New Year.
The last of the graduates have crossed the stage at SECU Arena, and the residence halls and classrooms are quiet.
President Schatzel offered her thoughts heading into the new year, encouraging all Tigers to continue TU's momentum into 2019.

Aside from Commencement, where more than 2,300 students completed an academic journey at TU, December was a busy month on campus.
A new provost was introduced, TU athletics was named a national champion in volunteerism, and a longtime member of the TUPD was named the new police chief.
And the New Year proves to bring a whole lot more — a bigger, better, bolder TU.
Happy Holidays, TU!
