eBill+Payment System Outage UPDATE

6/2/2026: Service to the eBill+Payment system has been restored, and we apologize for the inconvenience the recent outage caused.

Because of this downtime, the enrollment deadline for the final Summer 2026 payment plan has been extended from May 31 to Thursday, June 4, 2026.

6/1/2026: The eBill+Payment system is temporarily unavailable. During this time, you will not be able to view your billing statements or submit payments. We are actively working with our vendor to restore service and will provide updates here as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Financial Aid/Refund Scams Targeting Students

Tuition, Billing, Registration and Refund Information

You will receive an email notification via your campus email address when an eBill is available. It is important to pay your bill balance on time to avoid cancellation of your class schedule and/or a late processing fee. Please make note of the payment due dates listed on the registration and billing schedules below. A $150 late fee is assessed to any student who does not pay in full or establish a payment plan with the university by their bill payment deadline.

If you do not receive a notification of eBill availability in your campus email at least one week prior to your bill due date, contact the Student & University Billing Office. You are responsible for paying your tuition and fees by the due date even if you do not receive an eBill notification.

NOTE: Notwithstanding any other provision of this or any other university publication, Towson University reserves the right to make changes in tuition, fees and other charges at any time such changes are deemed necessary by the university and the University System of Maryland Board of Regents. 

Differential Tuition Charge 

Beginning in the spring 2020 term, a differential tuition charge in addition to tuition applies for all new, incoming students at junior or senior standing with declared majors in the following areas: College of Business and Economics; Department of Computer and Information Sciences; and Department of Nursing.

Alternative Methods of Instruction Delivery

The University reserves the right to provide some or all instruction and related academic activities through alternative methods of delivery, including remote delivery. It also reserves the right to change the method of delivery before or during an academic term in the event of a health or safety emergency or other circumstance when it determines that such change is necessary or in the best interests of the campus community. Tuition and mandatory fees will not be reduced or refunded if the University changes the delivery method for any or all of an academic session.
