The tables below show estimated annual costs and expenses for undergraduate and graduate students. Estimated costs for the coming year are published in February. Final rates are approved and published in June. The financial aid office provides additional details on costs of attendance.

Note: On-campus and off-campus room/board allowances are based on the estimated costs for a multiple-occupancy room in our standard housing options (Glen Complex, Richmond, Newell, Prettyman, Scarborough, and Residence Tower).
