Want to be a Peer Educator?

The Healthy Minds Peer Educators work with each other, the Counseling Center staff

and the Health Center's Health Educators to develop workshops and programs to promote

wellness across campus. Students are encouraged to develop programs in areas in which

they have particular interest and/or see a campus need. They will participate in and develop

skills in needs assessment, program development and evaluation.

Some topic areas include but are not limited to:

  • Stress management
  • Sleep hygine
  • Exercise
  • Time management
  • Tobacco Use
  • Shyness
  • Depression
  • Healthy Eating
