It is important that all forms are completed in full and returned to the Hussman Center prior to the start of programs. If forms have not been completed, the Hussman Center reserves the right to delay a participant’s admittance to their program until forms are submitted.

If you’re a NEW CAPS participant or have not participated in more than 1 calendar year, your Forms for the Fall semester are due Monday, August 17, 2026

All Returning participant CAPS Forms for Fall 2026 are due Monday, August 17, 2026

All CAPS Payments will be due Monday, August 24, 2026

Lisa Higgins applications for Summer 2026 Group Programs are due by Friday, June 12, 2026. Responses to Lisa Higgins applications for Summer 2026 Group Programs are expected by 5:00pm on Monday, June 15, 2026. Payments are due on Monday, June 22, 2026.
