Biography
Tom Boram is a multi-media artist and musician born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a founder of the High Zero Festival of Experimental and Improvised Music. He has collaborated and improvised with musicians throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Europe. His films and video art have been shown in places such as:
- the Baltimore Museum of Art
- the Maryland Film Festival
- The New Next Film Festival
- the Experimental Television Center in San Francisco
