How to Register

1. Visit Campus Recreation's registration portal
2. In the top right corner, click "Log In" and enter your TU NetID and password. This is the same information you use to access BlackBoard, PeopleSoft, TU Email Account.
3. Once signed in, click the "IM Sports & Sport Clubs" icon in the middle of the page.
4. Click on the “IM Play Passes” icon.
5. Once the membership options load, click the option you would like to purchase.
6. Once on the “Membership Summary” page, select your “Duration.” This should match the pass option you are purchasing.
7. Verify that all other information is correct.
8. Then Click “Add to Cart.”
9. Next, the Intramural Sports Waiver will appear. Read the waiver and enter your digital signature in the box at the bottom. Click “Sign Now,” if you agree to the terms and conditions described in the Agreement, Waiver, Hold Harmless & Covenant not to Sue. Acceptance of the waiver is required for participation.
10. Answer the questions on the custom prompts page.
11. You will then be taken to your shopping cart. Verify that all the information is correct and click “Checkout.” A pop up window will appear. Then hit "Checkout" again to go to an external site to complete the payment transaction.
12. Enter all of the required payment information to complete purchase of your Intramural Sports Pass.
13. Your registration is not complete until you sign up on the IMLeagues website. Please follow the steps below to complete registration on the IMLeagues website.

NOTE: 

• Each individual must purchase an Intramural Sports Pass in order to be eligible to participate in Intramural Sports.
• You may also purchase an Intramural Sports Pass in person at the Campus Recreation Membership Office in Burdick Hall using a Credit Card or One Card Doc Dollars.

1. You can proceed to the IMLeagues login by clicking the "IM Sports & Sport Clubs" icon on the Campus Recreation registration portal. Then click on the “IMLeagues Login” icon. If you are not currently on the page, click HERE to sign in to IMLeagues.
2. Sign in using your TU NetID and password.
3. Click on the orange and white banner that reads “Intramural Sports.” If this is your first time signing into IMLeagues, you will be directed to confirm information to create an IMLeagues account. Please make sure you are using your Towson University email address when making an account.
4. Once you are signed in, click on the "Towson University" link at the top of the page.
5. Click on the Intramural Sports tab at the top left of your screen to be directed to the main page.
6. On the main page, scroll down until you find the sport and league that you would like to register your team for.
7. After selecting the sport and league, you will be directed to the division's page. On this page, you will need to select the division your team would like to participate in (ex. O Rec 1 Mon 7p). The name of the division corresponds with the day and time your team will play during the regular season.
8. At the top of the division page, look for a green button that reads "Create Team."
9. You will then be prompted to complete the Captain’s Quiz. You must pass this quiz in order to complete your team registration.
10. Once you complete the quiz, click “Continue.”
11. You will be directed to a page where you enter team name, TU ID#, and a few other options.
12. Complete the questions on the page and select "Create Team."

NOTE:

• You will not be able to create your team if you have not purchased an Intramural Sports Pass.
• Division placement is first come, first serve. You must complete all steps of registration in order to secure your spot.

1. Go to your team page within the IMLeagues website.
2. Captains can invite members by clicking the white "Team Options" tab near the top of the page on the right, or the "Invite Members" option under the roster portion of your team page.
3. You can either invite team members by name if they already have an IMLeagues account or by email in the search tab.  Any invited member must create an IMLeagues account and accept the invitation to join the team.

NOTE:

• Individuals will not be able to join your team if they have not purchased an Intramural Sports Pass.

1. You must be listed on a team roster prior to participating in any Intramural Sports game. In order to join a team, you must first create an IMLeagues account by logging in HERE.
2. Once you have created an IMLeagues account, you can join a team in the following three ways: (1) Accepting a request from the captain to join the team, (2) finding the team and captain name on the division page and requesting to join, or (3) searching for the captain’s player card page, viewing the teams, and requesting to join.
3. You will then be prompted to complete the Participant’s Quiz. You must pass this quiz in order to complete your registration.

NOTE:

• In order to join a team you must have purchased an Intramural Sports Pass.

• Team schedules, game results, brackets, and sportsmanship ratings will be posted and maintained on the IMLeagues website. You can view this information at any time by logging into your IMLeagues account.

1. In order to register as a free agent you must first create an IMLeagues account by logging in HERE.
2. Once you are signed in, click on the "Towson University" link at the top of the page.
3. Click on the Intramural Sports tab at the top left of your screen to be directed to the main page.
4. On the main page, scroll down until you find the sport and league that you would like to participate in.
5. After selecting the sport and league, you will be directed to the division's page. On this page, you will need to select the division you would like to participate in (ex. O Rec 1 Mon 7p). The name of the division corresponds with the day and time your team will play during the regular season.
6. At the top of the division page, look for a green button that reads "Join As Free Agent."
7. Select and submit the divisions you are available to participate in, enter your TU ID#, and you have the option of adding additional information. When you have completed this page click "Post Listing."
8. If you are invited to join a team, you will be prompted to complete the Participant’s Quiz. You must pass this quiz in order to complete your registration.

NOTE: 

• In order to register as a free agent you must have purchased an Intramural Sports Pass.
• We cannot guarantee that free agents will be placed on a team, but the Intramural Sports staff will attempt to assist in the process.

1. If you have purchased an Intramural Sports Play Pass, you will complete registration via the IMLeagues website, as described above in the “Joining a Team as a Player” section.
2. If you have NOT purchased an Intramural Sports Play Pass, please complete the “IM Sports Free Event Registration Form” for each free event you would like to participate in. This form can be completed in advance or on the spot.

NOTE:

• An Intramural Sports Pass is NOT required for participation in Free Events. Free Events include: learn, meet & play events, adaptive recreation, Labor Stay, Welcome to TU, MayDay, and other special events.

If you are under the age of 18, you need a parent/guardian to sign the waiver. In order to complete the registration process, you need to do the following:

1. Print and sign the waiver.
2. Have a parent/guardian sign the waiver.
3. Bring the completed waiver, with credit/debit card used for payment, to the Campus Recreation Membership Office in Burdick Hall.
