Flags, flair, fanfare as TU supports LGBTQIA+ community

Thousands of Marylanders celebrated LGBTQIA+ love and resilience at the Baltimore Pride Parade on Sat., June 24. A sudden downpour didn't stop Tigers from marching down Charles Street to demonstrate unity and advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights alongside Interim President Melanie Perreault. Many of the student, faculty and staff marchers were representing the Queer Student Union, LGBTQ+ Faculty & Staff Association, Office of Inclusion & Institutional Equity and Center for Student Diversity.
