President Kim Schatzel addresses the Towson University campus community.

The Office of the President serves the greater campus community by upholding and exemplifying the vision and the academic mission of Towson University while enhancing the learning, leadership and success of faculty, staff and students.

The Office of the President's staff and the Executive Division offices work closely with all university divisions to support the university in key areas including: legal counsel; diversity and EEOC regulations; leadership development; fair practices; special events and engagement; and governmental relations. 

Executive Division Offices

The Office of the General Counsel oversees, coordinates and manages the legal affairs of the university. 

The Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity promotes equal treatment, access and opportunity for all at Towson University.

The Office of Fair Practices oversees TU discrimination policies, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and Title IX requirements. 

The Office of Special Events plans and executes events hosted by the president and university-wide celebrations.
