University Union

The University Union is the hub of co-curricular activities and programs for the campus, as well as home to a multitude of student services. Generally, the educational, cultural and social programs held in the Union are intended for the entire academic community. In the Union, students, faculty, staff and alumni can relax, interact, and share common interests and experiences.

The University Union is replete with banquet and multipurpose rooms available for your events and meetings. Students will find a number of nooks and crannies for contemplation and conversation.

Additionally, the University Union is home to a variety of offices and services, listed below.  Hours reflect regular business hours and may vary at different times of year. Phone or visit the offices online for exact times.

Chesapeake Rooms To request use Banquet venue featuring hardwood floors, window treatments, flexible lighting, built-in sound systems and screens. The Chesapeake is also equipped with dividers, allowing the room to split into three smaller rooms.

The LGBT Student Development Program hosts various events throughout the year designed to promote visibility of LGBTQ students, educate the campus about issues affecting this community, and instill a sense of belonging and pride amongst LGBTQ students here at TU!
Queer Student Union Weekly QSU Meeting Tuesday, 6:30pm The Queer Student Union of Towson University is a driving force on campus and in the local area for awareness, activism, community, education, and student support. Working with the LGBTQI and allied populations the QSU continues to deliver the enrichment that allows students to grow and develop in the college environment.

The SAGE program is one component of Towson University's cultural diversity and student retention plan. Program resources are used to foster academic achievement, personal development, and campus wide involvement among entering students from diverse backgrounds.
