Executive Leadership Workshop

As leaders continue to ascend within an organization, the air at the top can become increasingly thin and the impacts of leadership decisions are significantly greater.

This highly interactive and practical two-day workshop is designed for the most senior levels of leadership, to enhance their power skills to build trust, alignment and cohesion at the executive level, in order to foster retention and employee engagement and positively contrib­ute overall to the culture and organizational performance.

With newly developed tangible tools, participants will execute power skills within their organizations to build trust, alignment and cohesion in the C-suite, in order to foster retention and employee engagement, and contrib­ute overall to the culture and organizational health.

About the workshop

Executives, C-suite, leadership team and senior leaders

We recommend no fewer than 10 participants and no more than 35 participants. This enables a robust level of participation while also allowing for a greater depth of learning.
