Activate a new student, faculty or staff NetID.

Already have a NetID? Use the NetID management tool to manage an existing account, reset a password, or request and manage a Guest account.

For technology help, students should contact Student Computing Services, faculty and staff should contact the OTS Faculty/Staff Help Center. For help with classroom technology, contact CCLT.  Anyone can submit a TechHelp online service request.

For Blackboard help, contact the TU Blackboard Team. For business-related items, contact OTS' Administrative Offices. Register for OTS Alerts to stay informed of planned and unplanned system outages that could affect your work or studies.
