Something people might not know about TU.
At first glance TU might seem big, but if you get a chance to talk to current students, you immediately get a better understanding of how inclusive and connected the community can be.

My advice to anyone who's applying.
Try to connect with current students. If you can chat with current students, they are often able to give you a different perspective that can be impactful during your college search process.

Why I work in admissions.
I am deeply committed to guiding students on their path to and through college. I enjoy having genuine conversations that help people see the power of academia, where it can take you, and what you can get out of a college experience. Above all, I want students to know that I am there to guide and support them in any way that I can.

What I love most about my job.
I love connecting with people!  And my job gives me the opportunity to do that on a daily basis. I also love the energy that students, both prospective and current, bring to the table. I find that there’s a dynamic aspect to working with younger individuals and I love tapping into that while supporting my students.

The coolest thing I’ve heard someone say about Towson.
TU is a home for many current students, but it’s also a place for alumni to come back to serve and to share their experiences with others. You can see this reflected in the number of alumni who choose to come back to Towson after graduation.

What I like most about TU's location.
Diversity! TU’s location is a central hub that lends itself to a vibrant and diverse population, both on and around the campus. There are people from all walks of life represented on TU’s campus and I believe that our location provides the opportunity for all types of students to find a home and sense of belonging here.
