Reporting COVID-19

Report every COVID case or close contact.

Disclose a Diagnosis or an Exposure

If you’re confirmed to have COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone confirmed to have COVID-19, notify the University Health Center confidentially using the online reporting form. It’s critical to document cases immediately for the health and safety of the entire TU community. Add the Maryland Department of Health contact tracing app to your phone. When you see “MD COVID” or (240) 466-4488 on your phone, answer the call.

Next Steps

  • Report cases promptly, and cooperate if contacted, to aid in effective contact tracing efforts.
  • Follow all University Health Center guidance after reporting a case.
  • Students can complete a HIPAA Waiver Form to allow the University Health Center access to results for tests taken off campus.
