Information for the TU community about COVID-19 vaccination requirements.

Verify Your Vaccination

As part of University System of Maryland requirements, all Towson University students, faculty and staff on campus this fall are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Individuals were required to submit proof of their first dose by noon on Sept. 10 to avoid consequences. 

Use this form to submit documentation of your COVID vaccination. 

Verify your vaccination (login)

If you’ve misplaced your vaccination records, you can use the Maryland immunization information system website to view and print a copy. 

Additionally, TU has partnered with Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP) to access COVID-19 test and vaccination information, if available, for individuals who received a vaccine in Maryland and signed this waiver (TU login required).

Vaccine Exemptions

Medical and religious exemptions will be considered. Request an exemption using an online form and submission process. Exemption requests can take up to 10 business days to review once received.

Vaccine Registration

We encourage all members of the TU community to register for the vaccine through the Baltimore County Health Department, the state of Maryland, or local health department.
