Degree Requirements

The Forensic Firearms and Toolmarks Graduate Certificate Program (GC) is a training resource for the Master of Science in Forensic Science (MSFS) students. The graduate certificate is embedded in the MSFS program and will require students to complete the following courses as well as others required for the MSFS degree:

• FRSC 600 — Forensic Science and Law
• FRSC 604 — Crime Scene and Impression Evidence
• FRSC 605 — Forensic Firearms Analysis
• FRSC 607 — Forensic Firearms Analysis II
• Capstone Project — Relative to Firearms / Toolmarks Analysis
