The winter days may be getting darker and colder, but the future is very bright for the 2,214 TU students participated in Commencement ceremonies on Dec. 21-22.
On Wednesday, students of the Jess and Mildred Fisher College of Science and Mathematics and the College of Liberal Arts walked the stage at 10 a.m. At 3 p.m., students from the College of Education and the College of Fine Arts and Communication passed the same way.
On Thursday, at 10 a.m. it was the students of the College of Health Professions and the College of Business and Economics.
The College of Health Professions had the most students graduating (440), while the College of Liberal Arts was the other college with over 400 graduates (409). Fisher College of Mathematics and Science narrowly edged out CHP for most graduate degree candidates (81 to 76), while Fisher and the College of Education tied for most doctoral degree candidates (three).
