If you are at least a sophomore in good academic standing, you may wish to consider Inter-Institutional/BSEP registration. The process is simple, with only one form to complete. You will pay TU tuition and the credits earned apply as if taken at TU.
The academic calendar, including drop/withdrawal deadlines, must be followed at the host institution.
Changes to your registration, including drop/withdrawals/grading options, must be handled through the TU coordinator at interinstitutional AT_TOWSON within the host institution's deadlines.
The Inter-Institutional Registration (IIR) program is open to undergraduate and graduate students during fall and spring. This program is designed to foster an interchange of students between TU and other University System of Maryland (USM) institutions, with the exception of UMGC.
Students must maintain a combined full load (12 or more units) with a minimum of 6 units at TU.

The Baltimore Student Exchange Program (BSEP) at Towson University is designed to foster an interchange of students between Towson University and certain private colleges which include Goucher College, Johns Hopkins University, Loyola University Maryland, Maryland Institute College of Art, Morgan State University, Notre Dame of Maryland University, Peabody Institute, and Steven University.
In order for BSEP registration to be processed, students must maintain full-time registration (12 or more units) at TU, not including your BSEP units.
BSEP students are held to these policies and procedures.
