Community College Partnerships

Towson University has established partnerships with several Maryland community colleges to help transfer students find their most efficient route to a bachelor’s degree.

Our 2+2 plans are designed to guide students toward completion of an associate’s degree in 60 credits and a Towson University (TU) bachelor's degree in another 60 credits. Beginning in 2019, the Transfer Student Center (TSC) implemented a new, easier to understand format for our 2+2 articulation agreements.

For programs not listed below, please visit ARTSYS to view Recommended Transfer Programs (RTPs) for additional majors offered at Towson University. If you have questions about our partnership agreements or ARTSYS, please contact the TSC or a transfer adviser at your community college.
