Applicants must complete the SAT fee waiver or ACT fee waiver form certifying their eligibility criteria. The applicant must indicate that they are requesting this waiver when they apply to Towson University.
Applicants must complete the NACAC fee waiver form to certify their eligibility criteria. Transfer students who are eligible for the Federal Pell Grant may use the NACAC Request for Transfer Admission Application Fee Waiver Form when applying to colleges. The applicant must indicate that they are requesting this waiver when they apply to Towson University.
This waiver is available if a Towson alumna/us sponsors an applicant for a fee waiver. The sponsor must fill out the TU Alumni Application Fee Waiver Sponsor Form. The applicant must indicate that they are requesting this waiver when they apply to Towson University.
Degree-seeking students who have applied for degree-seeking admission to the university during the previous academic year are eligible for a fee waiver. Requests for this waiver will be checked against application records and automatically granted if applicable.
Applicants that are on active duty with current orders or have been honorably discharged from military service may request this waiver. Copies of a DD214 or active duty orders are required as verification. The applicant must indicate that they are requesting this waiver when they apply to Towson University.
This waiver is available to students verified among the weighted top 10 percent of their graduating high school class from a Baltimore City or Baltimore County Public School only. The applicant must indicate that they are requesting this waiver when they apply to Towson University. If they are identified as a top 10 percent graduate after their application is submitted, the fee waiver can be processed upon request. Applicants must submit this form in order to verify their top 10 percent standing.
The applicant's school counselor should complete this common app fee waiver form and upload the completed form directly to the applicant's TU Admissions Portal after application submission.
