The mission of University Advancement is to involve alumni and friends of the university in raising Towson University’s philanthropic and alumni engagement profile in support of the institution’s strategic priorities. Advancing Towson University’s interests by increased financial resources and alumni participation is critical to support academic programs and to respond to Maryland’s educational and workforce needs. Therefore, through the offices of Development, Alumni Relations and the Towson University Foundation, University Advancement strives to attract individual, foundation and corporate support as well as provide appropriate stewardship to all gifts to the university.

The harvest season is underway. Join TU alumni and their families as we harvest produce to be shared with local food banks, homeless shelters, soup kitchens and other food providers. It's a great way to make an impact and create positive change in the community alongside fellow Tigers.

A Baltimore tradition, TU style. Join the TU Alumni Association for our annual crab feast! Enjoy a night with Tigers featuring Maryland-style steamed crabs and soup, pit beef, chicken wings, sides, soft beverages, beer and wine.

TU Tigers Take Over Birdland! Join the TU Alumni Association and other Tigers for TU Alumni Night at Camden Yards. Alumni and guests will receive a unique TU hat in O's colors to wear as the O's play ball against the Detroit Tigers. An alumni cookout will be held in the Bullpen Picnic Grove prior to the game.
