Yumiko Siegfried

Biography
Yumiko Siegfried is a statistician with extensive experience in survey research and analysis. As a senior research associate at the Regional Economic Studies Institute (RESI), Yumiko leads the data analysis, research and reporting for the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) Child Care Subsidy Program.
Prior to joining RESI, Yumiko served as a statistician at Westat and USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service, contributing to multiple national, international and regional surveys, with responsibilities spanning design and sampling through analysis and reporting.
Education
Yumiko holds a M.S. in statistics from George Washington University and a B.S. in mathematics from Cedar Crest College.
Personal
Outside of work, Yumiko enjoys spending time with family, traveling, learning and exploring new cafes and restaurants.
