Biography

Diane Meyers has over 25 years of experience as an award-winning communications, public relations and marketing leader, primarily in the health care and nonprofit sectors. Her roles have included serving as the vice president, communications and marketing for a two-hospital health system in Montgomery County, Maryland; leading internal communications and employee engagement for a large hospital in Washington, D.C.; and overseeing editorial, design and content management for Inova Health System’s marketing and communications department. More recently, she served as an in-house consultant and head of communications with the Department of Energy’s Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer.

Professor Meyers currently serves as the faculty advisor for Towson's Chapter (Towson PRSSA) of the Public Relations Student Society of America, the student arm of the Public Relations Society of America.
