Peer Well-Being Coaching

Well-being coaching offers students free one-on-one guided conversations with a trained peer well-being coach. In this supportive space, the student is in the driver's seat and receives guidance to reflect on their own well-being, set realistic goals, identify potential challenges and strategies to overcome those challenges and build confidence to make change.
