Safer Sex Supply Requests

Health Promotion department prioritizes increasing access to safer sex supplies for Towson University students. Through a partnership with the Baltimore County Health Department, we supply free safer sex supplies at various locations and upon request.

If you are interested in having these supplies available to your Towson University students, or are planning an on-campus program or event, please complete the request form below.

If you are an individual student looking for supplies for personal use, you can visit the safer sex supply bar in the:

Basic Needs Hub, during open hours
Health Center, near the check in desk, during open hours
Rainbow Room, in the Center for Student Diversity
Towson University North East (TUNE), located in the bathrooms

Note: If these supplies are intended to be used for an event or program, we recommend visiting our Workshop and Outreach page. If you want more sexual health education, the "Let's talk about Sex" Workshops include a safer sex supply bar.

Requesting Safer Sex Supplies

Products must be intended for use by TU students and may not be sold or distributed outside of TU.

Supplies that will be provided include:

Internal Condoms
External Condoms
Dental Dams
Water-Based Lubricants
Information sheets about each of the above items

First time requesters of the Safer Sex Supply Form must send a representative of your organization to participate in a 15-20 minute educational consultation with a health educator at Burdick Hall (Health Promotion Office) to ensure knowledge of proper storage, use and distribution

Once your request has been processed, you will receive an email letting you know that your items are ready for pick-up at Burdick Hall (Health Promotion Office).

Safer sex supplies must be stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, away from sharp objects. DO NOT store safer sex supplies in a car.

We require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to process requests. Please plan accordingly and submit the application with enough lead time for your event/distribution period. Please note that this is an application, not a guarantee or receipt of items.
