Compliance Training

All TU employees are required to complete compliance training annually through the on-line platform SafeColleges (VectorSolutions).

SafeColleges

SafeColleges is the third-party vendor we use for compliance training. For new employees, approximately two weeks after your start date you will receive an email from SafeColleges to your TU account. For existing employees, compliance training will be assigned at the beginning of the calendar year.  Some required courses include: Title IX and Sexual Harassment, Title IX: Roles of Employees, Ethics, Conflicts, & Fraud Prevention, and FERPA: Confidentiality of Records. Your department and/or position may require additional training.
