Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender after 15 days of arrival. Please check your TU email regularly and pick up your packages in a timely manner.

It is important that students give the correct address to parents, retail shippers and other senders to ensure that mail is delivered accurately and on time.

Students (Next-Day, 2nd - Day, Perishables, Hazardous Materials)

For all next-day, second-day air, perishables (including food and flowers), or hazardous materials, please use the address for your specific building and room as shown below.  Carriers are to deliver these packages directly to the recipient at their buildings.

Please ensure your individual campus building addresses is used if you are receiving an Express (Next Day, 2 Day Delivery), Perishable, or Hazmat delivery. These items will be delivered directly to the recipient by the shipping company.  As such it is important to use the format below to help ensure drivers can find the correct building.

Use the Towson University campus envelopes. They are reusable are printed in the proper format to ensure prompt and correct delivery of your campus mail. They're a great buy. You can purchase university campus envelopes from Central Stores.
