State, National & Military Exchange Programs
Towson University students seeking a degree, in good academic standing, have the opportunity to participate in one of the programs listed below with no additional tuition costs.
Inter-Institutional Registration & Baltimore Student Exchange
Towson University is part of the University System of Maryland Inter-Institutional Registration and Baltimore Student Exchange Program, which allows students from TU to take courses on a space-available basis at other USM institutions and area private colleges during the spring and fall semesters.
National Student Exchange Program
Undergraduate students may attend one of the 190 participating schools for a term or full year.
Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC)
Allows undergraduate students in good academic standing and meeting certain eligibility criteria to participate in Army ROTC , coordinated with Loyola University Maryland or Air Force ROTC which is coordinated with University of Maryland College Park.
In order for ROTC registration to be processed, students must maintain full-time registration (12 or more units) at TU, not including your ROTC units.

- Air Force ROTC Registration Request (IIR Form)
